On May 26th 2001 the International Court Council accepted the Barony of Surrey/Delta under the Protectorate and mentorship of the Imperial Sovereign Court of Seattle and the Olympic & Rainier Empire.

The Empress of Canada; Mr. Ted Northe; decreed by Imperial Command, that Mr. Martin Rooney become Head of State for the Principality of Surrey/Delta, and be known as His Royal Highness; Crown Prince.

The O.I.S - Rainbow Cultural Society nominated our 1st Regent, Martin to hold office until the election of the 1st Baron & Baroness.

Baron & Baroness 1 were elected at Adornment 1 January 26th 2002.

The Last Baroness was Onya Marx, Baroness III and was elected on September 2003 until the Barony was officially abolished in October 2004, at which time Onya Marx stepped down.  This made way for the new "Imperial Sovereign Court of Surrey, Empire of the Peace Arch" to be created.
