How To Find Us The Newton Youth Resource Center is located at 13479 76 Ave, in Surrey, BC. For a map of the area, CLICK HERE, Or for Transit Directions, CLICK HERE. We're just across the street from King's Cross Shopping Center, to the right of the Canadian Tire. Just follow 76th Ave up until you hit a big blue sign on the right-hand side of the street that reads "Platinum Athletic Club". Head in to the parking lot, and the Resource Center is the farthest building in the complex.
